Paul is a highly experienced physical security and resilience consultant, advisor and project manager. Paul has more than two decades of experience in strategic and operational leadership of physical security, risk and resilience, working with, or within, some of the largest and well-known organisations in world.
As an Si4 Consultant, Paul is passionate about leading transformational change programmes in the domains of physical security, risk management and resilience, and working with organisational leadership to identify and mitigate risks to their strategic ambitions.
Before founding Si4, Paul held strategic leadership positions in companies such as Amazon (UK Head of Security & Loss Prevention) and Selfridges (Director of Physical Security & Loss Prevention), championing innovation and operational excellence.
