Paul Davies is a Director and Principle Consultant at Si4.

A highly experienced physical security and resilience consultant and project manager, with over two decades of experience in the strategic development and operational leadership of physical security, risk and resilience.

Before founding Si4, Paul held strategic leadership positions in companies such as Amazon (UK Head of Security & Loss Prevention) and Selfridges (Director of Physical Security & Loss Prevention), championing innovation and operational excellence.

Paul is passionate about leading transformational change programmes in the domains for physical security, risk and resilience, working with organisational leadership to identify and mitigate threats to their strategic ambitions, and enabling Security teams to realise their full potential.
